Shipping your parcels
From Monday to Friday, if you place an order before 1 PM, we will ship your parcel the same day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are prepared with priority on the next working day.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postage, and may vary depending on the amount of your order, your destination country, or the weight.
Great care is taken in preparing your order, especially for fragile products.
We recommend grouping your purchases; two distinct orders cannot be linked, and you will therefore have to pay the shipping costs for each order placed.
Please also make sure to carefully check the accuracy of your delivery address before confirming your order; it cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed.
Tracking your deliveries
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment online.
You can find this tracking number at any time in your customer account under the "My order history" tab.
Delivery in Metropolitan France and Monaco
In Metropolitan France and Monaco, you can choose between tracked letter (unavailable for some products), Mondial Relay, or GLS. Shipping costs vary according to the amount of your order and the chosen delivery method.
Delivery in Overseas Territories
In the French Overseas Departments and Territories, Colissimo Outre-Mer delivery is offered. Shipping costs vary according to the weight of your parcel.
Delivery in Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
For Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, deliveries by Mondial Relay or GLS Flex Delivery are offered. Shipping costs vary according to the chosen carrier and the amount of your order.
Delivery in Switzerland
For Switzerland, delivery is provided by Colissimo Expert. Shipping costs vary according to the weight of your order.
Delivery in Europe
In Europe, GLS Flex Delivery is offered for some countries.
For other European countries, GLS Eurobusiness Parcel delivery is offered.
